You tell people immediately and exactly what you’re trying to sell them. You tell them clearly without a lot of incomprehensible marketing jargon that does more to illuminate your own muddled thinking than inform your customers. You explain how it will help them. You charge a fair price. You like your product. And you support it.

Amazingly, it’s not always done that way.
